so you begin to honor and respect yourself, your journey and those around you.

For over 18 years I've assisted many lost, confused, and spiritually wounded souls, to align to their truth, their sovereignty through a unique combination of Energy Healing Techniques, Meditation, Creative Expression, Shamanic healing, Plant Medicine, Angel Intuitive Medicine and Soul Guidance/Psychic Readings.

On a personal note, when I paint, I am somewhere else. My mind isn’t filled with worries or self limiting thoughts. I connect with the colours, the feelings & the flow of energy. I am guided by my intuition as to what shapes, or colours to put on the canvas. There are NO mistakes. everything that goes onto a canvas is meant to be there, even the parts that get painted over. The energy of shapes, colours & symbols help the painting to be what it is meant to be. Some paintings have 2, 4, or 10 transitions before the end result.

Just like in life, there is always a purpose to things,

sometimes we just don’t understand or know why, until later on.
