Monthly Meditation is dedicated to guided energy healing meditations focused on establishing our divine consciousness by anchoring with Gaia, the Earth, and reconnecting with the Cosmos, the Galaxy. As a result, you will naturally enhance your intuition and strengthen your own heart and soul. Your commitment to your spiritual and energetic self also expands the light in the collective. Time permitted, we will also discuss various topics each month assisting in our own understanding and the enlightenment of collective consciousness. In the past couple of years, you may have wobbled in your meditation practice either consistently or inconsistently due to intense energy shifts and now you may feel guided to co-create with spirit again. Or maybe you are ready to begin your meditation practice. All levels are welcome. As we gather together monthly to cleanse, heal and align our energy centers with various group healing techniques. We create and build a support network with and for each other by holding space through energetic shifts with meditation, intuitive insight, and group healing. For this reason the Light Crew Community was born. By investing in a Monthly Meditation, you automatically are invited to join the Light Crew.
