Circle Work Taster ~ Course Structure & Flow

We meet weekly for 5 consecutive weeks, as consistency is key to developing a meaningful personal practice.

Each session runs for approximately 2.5 hours—please allow up to 3 hours,

as occasionally the energy channel may call for a little more spaciousness.

Each weekly circle includes:

• Guided Healing Meditation Supporting energetic clearing, chakra balancing, and soulful recalibration.

• Movement Practice (5 minutes) Gentle physical activation to support embodiment and grounding.

• Teaching & Q&A Exploring 2–3 key topics per session, with space for discussion and expansion.

• Sharing Circle Optional, but always encouraged—offering the medicine of being witnessed and heard.

 Moon Ceremonies Within the Course

Over the 5 weeks, we will gather:

• 🌕 Once on a Full Moon for a Release Ceremony

• 🌑 Once on a New Moon for a Manifestation Ceremony

On each night, we will explore the purpose, energy, and differences between these lunar portals,

and how to work with them intentionally.

• The Elements & how to work with them

• Grounding techniques & why they matter

• The Moon Phases

• Energy Hygiene

• Rituals vs Ceremonies

• Spiritual tools & how to use them

• Archetypes

• Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine energies

• Zodiac & Planetary influences

• Oracle & Tarot cards

• The importance of Breathwork & Movement

This is an introductory exploration, offering depth without overwhelm.

Our energetic container is held online.
All sessions are recorded for replay if you miss a week—please watch before the next session where possible.
