Refund Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 

For workshop bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 10% is required and will be retained in the event of your cancellation.

 

Once a service or workshop has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

 

Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
